Located in the heart of Chianti Classico, the antique single villa is restored to retain its rustic charm and is surrounded by twenty hectares of green land entertains guests with its modern amenities, a communal pool (dimension: 6 x 12 meters; depth:1.40-2.20 meters), an exclusive garden and a terrace to enjoy hearty meals preferably complemented with local wine. The pool has a heated shower and a paved solarium.

The living room interior complements the overall classical feel of the house. It opens into the pergola on one side and is furnished with a dining table for 4, a comfy sofa, a large flat-screen SAT TV and a kitchenette. The open kitchen has a drip coffee machine, a dishwasher, a microwave, a range cooker, a toaster, a cooker hob, a fridge and an electric kettle.

Bedroom 1: The well-ventilated bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: The cosy room is furnished with two single beds, a mirror and a traditional wooden storage unit.

Location

The antique holiday is one of the five residences in the complex and can be accessed through a one-kilometer dirt road in good condition. It is located in Chianti Classico which draws tourists from all over the world for its wines. Wine tasting tours in this region is, therefore, quite popular among tourists.

The house is surrounded by spellbinding views of the Tuscan hills and overlooks the beautiful Badia a Passignano, an ancient monastery dating back to the 9th century. The holiday home is about 12 minutes drive from San Casciano, a little town full of cafes restaurants, kid-friendly parks, boutique shops, museum and gothic structures. Major tourist attractions of central Tuscany are also within easy reach.

The house is a perfect base for enjoying central Tuscan attractions and taking day trips to Florence (28km), Sienna (40km), San Gimignano (30km), the hill towns of Volterra (60km) and Montepulciano (115km) and the scenic Val d’Orcia (110 km). The nearest bar and restaurant is 5 minutes’ drive from the house. Florence Airport is 40 kilometers and Pisa Airport is 82 kilometers from the house.

The pool will be open from the 30th of March to the 31st of October, availability of the pool depends also on the weather conditions.
