The hotel was clean and the stuff was very helpfull. Location is great. Our room was quite small and had nearly no daylight because of the small window in it, but we had everything we needed. Most importantly we slept well. We didnt hear any noises from the street, only some door slams from other quests in the morning. Hotel was quite expensive and because of that we would look for some other options next time. We stayed for five nights.

Mukava pieni hotelli ja henkilökunta aina ystävällistä. Huone pihan puolella, mutta maisema ei ollut meille tärkeä. Hyvä äänieristys. Emme halunneet siivousta ja ovessa ollutta "älä häiritse" -kylttiä kunnioitettiin. Toimiva jääkaappi oli iloinen yllätys. Nukuimme erittäin hyvin.

Great location for a weekend trip
Very nice hotel with an awesome location near the most important Attractions in BCN. Easy to arrive from the airport by aerobus. Located at the "peaceful end" of La Rambla. Only minus a bit noisy in the morning when people start moving around, but not too bad.

Unless you are OK with your personal things being rummaged through and valuables taken, stay elsewhere. When we reported the theft to hotel lobby receptionist, she was rude and uncaring and accused us of "leaving it in the cab" or "misplacing it". Las Rambla area is NOT safe. Hotel Arc la Rambla either proves easy access for thieves to enter locked hotel rooms or has an insider track to theft. The way we were treated by the receptionist after our victimization makes us think the latter. There are small safes in the room that will fit some items make sure you put as much as you can possibly fit with any value at all in the safe or stay somewhere else.

Excellent location for a first timer in Barcelona. It is walking distance to the beach, and all the must see tourist attractions. This place is right on La Rambla so there is always a party going on outside of the hotel. If you’re a light sleeper I suggest requesting a room that is not facing the street, or pack some ear plugs. The noise didn’t bother us. We had a balcony view to the street and enjoyed all the people watching with a bottle of wine to end our nights. All the staff was friendly. Clean room and large shower. I highly recommend adding the breakfast option to your stay. We ate there every morning and it was excellent. Your basic eggs, toast, cereal, yogurts, fruits, and local cheeses as well as coffee and juice. I definitely recommend staying here to anyone one he is looking to be right in the middle of all the night life.

We enjoyed Arc La Rambla’s location on the boulevard. The staff were friendly and helpful. Very nice room on the second floor that had a balcony that overlooks La Rambla.

Clean (no bed bugs), nice cotton sheets on the beds - comfortable sleeping. Not a lot of space to put out luggage and hang stuff up in room. Hotel had vending machine which took credit card. LOTS AND LOTS of dining options within walking distance. Hotel arranged a taxi for us in the morning. Hard to get a taxi in front of hotel - need to walk about .5-1.0 miles to taxi area. Hotel itself is very quiet. AIR CONDITIONING WAS FANTASTIC!!!! They do offer a breakfast option (which looked good but expensive), but so many other places to walk to eat… would stay here again as the location was excellent. Note: 55 min walk to Sagrada Familia - but it’s an excellent location to walk La Rambla daily. About a 10 min walk to the Food Market - excellent and a must see!!

This is a great small hotel located directly at the end of the Rambla close to the Columbia statue. Plenty of restaurants in the area though the one adjacent to the lobby is super convenient. Our stay was very quiet. Rooms are small but very comfortable. No complaints and would definitely recommend and stay here again if our travels bring us back to Barcelona

Great place. Room was clean. Location was very walkable to lots of things and to the subway. Didn’t have a coffee maker or kettle but when I asked for one they happily provided it with cups right away.

Our stay was hit & miss. First we contacted them way ahead of time that we would be arriving in the morning due to our international flight. They never said that would be an issue. When we arrived onsite at 7am we learned no room would be available until 3pm. This was after traveling for over 24hrs. They have lockers for your luggage but it is 2 Euros to use them. You need a Euro coin. If you reopen the locker to get anything out & relock it’s another 2 euros each time. That was ridiculous. We next found that there was only one bathroom available while we waited & it didn’t open until 8am. It’s in their attached cafe & be forewarned the men’s bathroom door there doesn’t close. My wife was treated to the view of a man urinating. As we waited for our room there were a lot of people in the same situation. Then they started doing loud construction right off the room we were all waiting in. Thankfully they finally did get us a room around 1pm. It was a really nice room with a great view & balcony on the street. The breakfast you can pay for is really good. On the negative they charge $13 euros if you want to use their provided gym. The hotel is well situated in a fantastic area but be prepared to wait for hours if for any reason you get there before 3pm & be prepared to bring plenty of $2 euro coins. I would also add the staff is really friendly & do their best to address the customer concerns.

View from balcony was horrendous. From the balcony we had view on some homeless/drugged people, who were screaming all night. Moreover, there was a construction going on in the hotel, which had impact on our sleeping. However, they did give us a new room.

It was very clean but the bathtub was very high and it was slippery and there was nobar to hold on in the bath to take a shower. My bedroom was extremely small.

The hotel was very quiet and clean. The staff provided excellent service. It was right in the middle of a great tourist area with easy access to all kinds of restaurants and tourist experiences. Close to the cruise port. We would definitely stay there again.

The property did not have room available, and I understand as we were there by 8:00 am from a cruise. We asked them to hold our bags since we had an excursion. They have lockers that one had to pay to hold the bags. We wanted to weigh one of the bags, just to make sure is not overweight for travel. The hotel had a scale we needed to pay. To use the gym we needed to pay. Tv was not working we had to ask to move us to another room. Very inconvenient, we also needed a taxi to take us to the airport by 3:00am. They did call the taxi, but he arrived early and the meter was already marking 11.65 euros. Told us it was approximately 35. Euros to airport, charged us 51. Euros and the driver said they have a contract with the hotel. Very disappointed. Would like to ask for a refund if at least as we were very unhappy with the facility selected by Expedia.

Regarding the TV, you informed reception, and the maintenance staff went to check your room. The previous guest had broken the TV cable, for your convenience for watching tv, we change your room. We regret your dissatisfaction about the taxi rates and regulations. It's important to note that the taxi service in Barcelona is regulated by the State, including fares, and is an external service to our hotel, we do not have any contract with the taxis.
