    Jokaisessa huoneistossa on 3 kahden hengen huonetta (1 parisänky + 4 erillistä vuodetta), 2 kylpyhuonetta + 1 ylimääräinen wc, tilava olohuone parvekkeella ja täysin varustettu keittiö. Jokaisessa huoneistossa on myös oma terassi puutarhakalusteilla nauttiakseen Välimeren säästä.

    Kaunis sisustus ja hyvä sijainti takaavat ainutlaatuisen kokemuksen.

    Viereinen keittiö on yksinkertainen, mutta siinä on kaikki tarvitsemasi.
    Kolmessa makuuhuoneessa on mukavat vuoteet ja tyynyt. Ilmaisia kylpytuotteita ja pyyhkeitä jokaiselle vieraalle (shampoo, käsi- ja vartalo saippua, vartalovoide ja käsisaippua).

    Varustettu WIFI, TV, ilmastointi / lämmitys, pesukone, astianpesukone, pakastin, jääkaappi, mikroaaltouuni, vedenkeitin, kahvinkeitin, keittiövälineet ... Täydellinen paikka nauttia tästä upeasta kaupungista!

    Muutaman askeleen päässä Passeig de Gracia, Plaza Catalunya ja Ramblas. Erinomaiset tapas-baarit, ravintolat, kaupat, markkinat, baarit, kahvilat ja leipomot alueella.
    Metroasema on myös erittäin lähellä!
    Nauti Katalonian pääkaupungista sen sydämestä!

Book elsewhere, not secure or safe

First, due to poor security we were robbed. We rented 2 - 3 bedroom apartments on same floor each with terraces. These apts are NOT secure. The lack of a real deadbolt , with locks that go into top and bottom of the doorframe on those terrace doors, makes those doors accessible to a thief will a couple good pushes. The fact that our had NONE AT ALL made us more susceptible. We were robbed of our safe which held passports, all our cash, jewelry plus a laptop and phone. Because the front has a sign advertises Short Stay Rentals , thieves know its an Airbnb or VRBO. When we called them for help they would not send someone that night or refund our money. They offered us 1 apt on another floor but we needed to be together due to a baby in our group. Any other 2 units set up were rented We arrived during the protests. I specifically asked if demonstrations where near us as we had a baby. I was assured there was no trouble in our area of the city. I realize they cant control protests yet the second night, AFTER the robbery, 2 of our kids were in the corner bar when people and police in riot gear firing rubber bullets poured down our street. The kids were locked into the bar behind the gates. Later that night people lit 2 or 3 huge fires in the street 3 doors down. There was a helicopter flying all night over our block. I feel like they were protecting their rental more than us. The unit itself was far from luxury. The 401 unit had ants and ours had fleas or something at least in the small bedroom . The couch was falling apart and we couldn't close our bathroom door. It needs a repainting. We didn't dare leave the back doors open unless we were in room after the robbery so it was hot and stuffy with no fans or AC. I'm not sure they ever wash the floors. Our feet were black after walking barefoot so we had to clean them before getting into bed The kitchen supply it wasn't fully stocked to really prep, cook plus store food to cook for large groups The saucepan teflon was not usable due to it being burned and scraped off. The coffeemaker was off market 2 stars as it is a nice layout with bedrooms in back. The location, beyond the riots, was great. And yes you can store luggage at the office. But its a pain to go to office and store bags( we had 9) then go back and get them and keys . They charge you to meet at the location. Our family is in real estate and own several units. No way is this a 5 star super rental

Beyond hot! Difficult to get quick assistance

Was excited to check in and stay at these apartments. We were a large group traveling as a family and wanted to stay in the same building. We booked 3 of the apartments and all started off well but quickly turned. The first night, 2 of the apartments would not cool at all! The description says the apartments are air conditioned but only the living room has a unit and the bedrooms/bathroom did not. The largest apartment did have another unit in the master. Although I understand there was a heat wave in Barcelona the 2 apartments were unbearable to sleep in. Our group ended up staying in one apartment in the living room all together. Far from a luxurious trip. When my parents reached out to tell them about air conditioner not cooling they instructed them to turn off the breaker and turn it back on? I reached out to my booking contact on Home Away and she gave me a number to call. I did try texting and emailing the number and email that the Barcelona Stay Group provided initially with no success. My husband was finally able to get a hold of someone the next day and at that point we had already decided the place was not as promised and to not waste our time dealing with issues that were not our doing. We checked out and relocated to a hotel nearby. After, I reached out to Barcelona Stay group and they were no help at all. They offered me a 10% discount to return which doesn't work because I will not be traveling overseas anytime soon and certainly doesn't make it right after the trouble that we went through. I offered to pay for 2 out of the 5 nights and to call it even and they refused. I reached out to HomeAway and their customer service is non existent. They told me to deal with the property directly and that we should have contacted them within 12 hours of the issue. I did contact my booking contact and asked her what the next steps were and she never replied! If you go during cooler months, this may be the place for you otherwise save yourself the headache and sweating and stay somewhere else. Mostly I was disappointed at the lack of customer service provided by both. I'm sure they will respond to this with their excuses or what I did or didn't do to justify their lack of action but renter beware.

We had a wonderful week! The flats are as described and so easy to to commute around Barcelona by walking or transit. The property is very clean and well maintained. Quiet from the hustle and bustle. We felt safe. We would absolutely return and recommend this property. Thank you Karen!!!

The apartment's location in the city center is phenomenal! All of the major landmarks and monuments are easy to reach by foot or public transport. The apartments are big enough for 10 people. Comfortable beds, the terrace is bonus!

Karen was a great help for a big group of 10 of us. Everything we needed was in the apartments. The place was spacious, had all the amenities we needed and was superbly located. The terraces were great for relaxing, Enough space for everyone to stay comfortably just near Passeig de Gracia and minutes from Placa de Catalunya - would highly recommend this to all!

The apartment is beautiful and fit our family of 8 comfortably (children slept in the sofa bed). The apartment is in a great location and close to a lot of great areas that are within easy walking distance. Great shopping area as well. We got lost in all the streets in the Old quarter and loved every minute of it. The amenities were a nice touch and very much appreciated. The staff gave us a lot of useful info. Can't say enough good things about this place. All 8 of us - all different ages loved using it as our home base for 4 days.

Apartment was great and the location is perfect! A terrace is a must any time in Barcelona, ant the one in the apartment was exactly what we needed. All the beds were big and comfy, rooms were all fully equipped with A.C. We would recommend his this place for a big family/friend group trip!

Issues with the neighbour

The apartment was lovely, there was an unforeseen issue with the second apartment which we got a full refund. However it is incorrectly advertised. It is stated that the property is suitable for parties, however when we arrived we sat outside chatting at 16:00 and the neighbour above instantly moaned at us about the noise. We explained that we were simply enjoy the outside space but he was rude and threatened to call the police. I then received a call from the owner threatening to take the full deposit due to the noise, even though on the website and welcome pack they state noise is fine before 22:00. We weren't even making much noise, merely enjoying the outside space provided and chatting. We continued to try and use this space but an hour later the neighbour complained again and we were threatened again by the police and by the owners regarding our deposit. I tried to explain but they were not interested. In the end we went inside and avoided the outside space which is a real shame. I also reported the air conditioning in the apartment was not working, I was told a maintenance person would be out right away but no-one turned up before we left. All in all the apartment is nice, they really need to inform the neighbours on the agreement that noise is OK before 22:00 to avoid their guests getting abuse when simply trying to use the facilities provided.

Wonderful apartments

The apartments are wonderful! Really convenient location, very comfortable, secure - and staying in a real Barcelona home close to the historic part of town was part of the adventure! Our family of ten adults shared the apartment for two days before leaving on a cruise. It was a perfect base for exploring: easy walking distance through the medieval and Roman parts of the city, and conveniently close to the excellent metro system. We walked to dinner at the beach one night, and took the yellow metro line back - even a jet-lagged tourist could figure it out! We felt totally safe going out at night. We will definitely visit Barcelona again, and when we do, we'd love to stay at Karen's place!

Really nice

The apartment is really nice, airy and there is a lot of space, we just loved it! We were a family of ten that stayed for two days and there was comfortable rooms/beds for all of us. We never used the kitchen though, but it seemed ok. A bonus was that there is air cooling the living. The accommodation definitely exceeded our expectations. Karen was very kind and helpful, gave us many good tips and recommendations where to eat and what to see. Very smooth and easy communication. The location was perfect with both bus stops and metro just "around the corner". We can definitely recommend this accommodation!

We stayed in one of the apartments and is exactly as represented. It has everything you'd have in your own home and our family of five felt comfortable there immediately. We found the location to be ideal; surrounded by very good for restaurants and shops, however close enough that it's really easy to walk most places if you choose to. We'd absolutely love to stay there again!

We had a very good time! Both apartments provides a lot of space, are really big - a nice living room and fully equipped kitchen. We also had our own terrace where we had nice time. The location is perfect, it is few minutes walk from Placa de Catalunya and very close to Passeig de Gracia - I dont think that you can have a better location in Barcelona. The check in was smooth we did not have any problems and if we had questions Karen was always reachable and ready to help us!! Thank you so much!! We would definitely come back again!!!

We had a great trip to Barcelona and enjoyed staying at the apartments. Are located right in the centre of Barcelona. The apartments were very tidy and had everything that you could need. Overall very happy with the accommodation!

Good value.

Really central nice place. Good value. Walkable to a lot of central locations, including the Catalunya metro, which is a good jumping off point to just about anywhere. Very clean and Karen is awesome to communicate with. Check in was super easy.The apartment is on the first floor. The terrace is great but we couldn't enjoy it due it was raining. We will come back on summer!

We enjoyed our stay at Karen's apartment. It's at great centralize location. Walking distance to restaurants and sites. Very comfortable, clean and safe. I would definitely go back.

Beautiful apartment located central to all shopping, restaurants, and coffee shops - comparable to 5th avenue in NYC. All the staff was very helpful and the space was beautiful, clean, and well decorated. We enjoyed our stay very much and would stay here again!

Me and 10 friends had such an amazing time in Barcelona in this great apartment! The place was huge with lovely balconies and a large communal area so we could eat all together. Great location we walked everywhere. About 20mins walk from the beach. Check in was seamless and the place was very clean and tidy when we arrived! Would def recommend this place for large groups and i would stay here again.
