THE SPACE:

This FAMILY FRIENDLY apartment is ideal for you to enjoy living like a local in one of the most iconic neighborhoods of Barcelona: Gràcia.

The flat is big and has lot of space for kids to play. If you come for work, you will find a desk with chair to set your own little office. Natural light comes from the small balcony facing interior patios, making the work area quiet and comfortable.

The apartment has a capacity for up to 7 people distributed in 3 bedrooms:



Bedroom 1: 1 Double bed convertible in 2 single beds with AC

Bedroom 2: 2 Single beds convertible in a double bed with AC

Bedroom 3: 1 Double bed with AC



*Please let me know before your arrival if you need a special bed distribution, as sometimes the beds are already converted into double bed*



All the bedrooms have storage space.

1 Full Bathroom with WC and shower + 1 extra toilet (Only WC)

The quarter of Gracia used to be an outskirt villa which got connected with Barcelona. This is the reason why nowadays you can still feel the vibe of a small town. You need to visit Carrer Verdi the trendiest street in Gracia and you will be caught by its amazing atmosphere, artistic lifestyle and restaurants with different cuisine options. Don\'t miss it!
