Hotel is new and very exclusive. Cleaning works more than perfectly, cleaning staff were awesome! We booked double room, and it was small but welldesigned. Bathroom door is thin glass and doesn't noisecancel at all. Coffeemachine took so much time and effort that we desided to purchase our own coffee from local market and used the electric cettle instead that were there too. We had few problems during our stay and as soon as we informed the reception, they were working on it. The rooftop pool was very nice, aswell as the sauna and hamam. Gym was okay, lacking of dumbells though.
Service at rooftop was polite - very big minus that affected the whole picture of the hotel was the reception's approach to customers: with the exeption of two receptionist, the rest of the staff in the reception didn't greet us anytime whilst passing the reception, and when visiting the desk it seemed like we were bothering whatever they were doing.
Now as we both work with customers too we understand that sometimes you are busy and you might have thousand things to do behind the counter: but as we stayed here over a week and passed the lobby at least twice a day back and forth and got maximum of three greetings from begind the counter.
Management should think if receptionists have too much to do if they don't have that time for customers, as I don't want to think they did it on purpose. For now, can't give 5 stars, cause the service is simply not same level as for example Hilton UAE.
