My Space Barcelona welcomes you to Barcelona!

Fully equipped and furnished apartment of 130 m², located in the heart of Barcelona, on the famous Rambla Catalunya, in a building with an elevator and just a few meters from Casa Batlló and La Pedrera. The minimum stay is 1 day, and it can be extended up to 11 months, ideal for companies or students.

Paseo de Gracia, one of the main arteries of the Eixample (Expansion) area, was built starting in 1860, after the demolition of the walls that limited the city's growth. This neighborhood, designed under the Cerdà plan, is famous for its modernist buildings and architectural beauty. It is home to iconic landmarks such as Plaza Cataluña, Paseo de Gracia, Casa Batlló, La Pedrera, and more, making it the perfect place to enjoy the charm of Barcelona.

Important information before booking:

The property manager will send a link for the 30% first payment (we do not accept American Express cards).
The remaining 70% must be paid by bank transfer before entering the apartment or in cash at check-in.
A deposit will be charged via credit/debit card at check-in. The refund will be processed within 7 to 14 business days.
Travel cot: Price 20 EUR/day, not guaranteed, must be requested 24-48 hours in advance, subject to availability.
Late check-in: Check-in is from 3 PM to 8 PM at our office at "Carrer de Hercegovina, 1 LOCAL 08021 Barcelona". Outside these hours, a 50 EUR fee will be charged in cash.
The tourist tax in Barcelona will be applied.
No smoking: Smoking inside the apartment will result in immediate eviction and a fine of at least 400 EUR.
No parties or events: If a complaint is received or the police intervene, a fine of 400 EUR will be charged (in addition to any police fines).

Additionally, we offer breakfast directly in your apartment, with various options according to your needs. Ask us about prices and menus.
