Cozy studio for 2 people right in the city centre of Barcelona for monthly stays.
The studio is fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. It is in a very nice area, close to Born, you can walk to major tourist spots. Picasso Museum, Arc de Triomf, Ciutadella park are very near from the apartment. Easy path to La Sagrada Familia church or to the Port Olímpic (nightlife and great seafood restaurants). Not windows but a skylight as in pictures.
There is a parking for standard size cars at an extra cost in the building.
No washing machine in the unit but there is a laundry room with washing and dryer to be shared only with 4 other studios.

The Born district and Ciutadella Park are less than a 10-minute walk from AinB Sagrada Familia. Las Ramblas and Barceloneta beach are less than a 20-minute walk away.
They also benefit from excellent public transport links to the rest of the city and the airport, as the Arc de Triomf metro and train station and the Nord bus station are just 200 metres away.
There is an intelligent key-lock that you open yourself
