”Extremely secure and secluded. Villa to villa distance is quite far and we could not see or hear anyone else. Grounds are very large, beach is pretty much private but you should know it’s a bit of a walk from some of the villas around to the restaurant and beach.
Private pool was very nice and overall good stay.
Staff were friendly and helpful and very easy to communicate with, 10/10 for the staff! ”

”Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Hotels beach was not really kid friendly, or even adult friendly. (at least not for me)
There was no space to put our towels and beach accessories. We walked about 5 extra minutes to get to the other side of the beach, which was in front of another hotel and it was a little nicer there.
There was a beach about 5 min away (by car), from the hotel (Playa Carillo), and it was BEAUTIFUL! Brian, the manager was so kind to give us a ride in his personal car...

”The property, which is in a natural preserve, needs better upkeep. The rooms are dated and our bathroom had lots of mold, which is totally unacceptable. Also, the rooms are spread all around the property through trails and you go up and down the mountain to reach them. This, in the suffocating heat and humidity, is exhausting. There is no A/C anywhere in the property except the bedrooms.
The restaurant is ok, but again: no A/C, limited options. The one shining pearl in all this was the SPA. I...
