Set within a residence with a shared swimming pool and tennis court, it represents the perfect solution for those wishing to experience Bardolino without sacrificing services.

The location is one of its strengths: the lakeside promenade is approximately 200 metres away and the historic centre of Bardolino, reachable in about 10-15 minutes on foot along the lake, allows you to enjoy restaurants, bars and evening events without using a car.

The residence is inhabited predominantly by permanent residents and offers a well-maintained and peaceful environment. For this reason it is particularly appreciated by guests who share respect for condominium rules, safety and common peace. It is therefore not suitable for groups or stays oriented towards parties or rowdiness.

A covered parking space within the property is available to guests.

The apartment can accommodate 3 to 5 people and comprises a spacious living area with sofa bed, TV, air conditioning and Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, induction hob, oven, toaster and American coffee machine.

The living area opens onto a furnished terrace with table and chairs, facing west. The apartment's position, convenient for quickly reaching the main connecting roads and the centre, means there is the possibility of perceiving, especially during daytime hours, normal traffic noise from the Gardesana and activity from the car wash located nearby. The accommodation is therefore recommended for those who prioritise a strategic location and services over the search for absolute silence.

The double bedroom has a spacious wardrobe and balcony with a pleasant view of the internal part of the residence, towards the swimming pool and tennis court. The second bedroom is equipped with a single bed and private washbasin. The apartment is completed by a windowed bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and washing machine.

The final price is composed of:
