”What a bummer of a place. Room was dirty, everything that’s boasted is closed. Pool drained, no hot tub available in March. No restaurant or bar. No coffee shop. The coffee offering in the lobby offers powdered creamer only. Can’t even get an ice bucket for your room here. Staff was nice. Apologetic for my feelings of being duped, but I don’t blame them. I saw 3 other guests during my 3 night stay. ”

”Top Notch experience! Very thoughtfully designed hotel from top to bottom in terms of design & experience. Reminds me of Shutters (in Santa Monica) with a Colorado vibe. Luxury and casual simultaneously. Ice, Water, & Sparkling water stations on every floor with metal reusable water bottles provided for every room, best breakfast I've ever had at Axel restaurant in hotel, we checked out the electra townie cruiser bikes and rode around campus (high end cruiser bike, not a clunker), hotel is...

”It was a really cute, quaint cabin. My only complaint is that the the walls are thin and we could hear every conversation, so if you’re a light sleeper bring ear plugs. ”

”Our room was clean, comfortable, quiet and well appointed. The house staff was friendly. The common rooms are, likewise, clean and inviting. A very nice stay. ”

” For me, this hotel did not live up to the promise of the pictures. Two glaring issues will prevent me from staying here again. My room was very small. Far too small for the rates charged. In addition, they do not offer parking unless you pay them $40 per night for their valet service - which also requires a tip. Parking in that neighborhood is a huge problem. ”

”If you book through Expedia they either put you by the loud elevators, or a half a mile walk to your room at the far end of the hotel. The price was outrageous for the stay we experienced”

”There is nothing near by to walk to especially when it is cold and snowing out. They don't have a liquor license so you cant gamble and drink there. To get to the garage for parking you have to leave there go down the hill to the stop sign. Then you have to make your way back up the hill. Its on a one way road. Not very convenient at all”

”The room was clean, but the LED lighting they use in the room is that cool blue, and it is terrible. Makes the room feel like a hospital. The worst part is the parking. The spaces are all for subcompact cars so everyone is parking across the lines. Don't even think about parking in the garage with a normal-sized car. On the bright side, the staff was great and breakfast was pretty good.”
