”This was a beautiful stay in the highest peak in the Algaves. Our room was spacious and had a stunning view, staff was friendly and very accommodating!
Breakfast was included , however you need to make dinner reservations if you want to eat there. I would suggest doing this before you arrive if you want to eat at a regular hour. After we checked in and settled in we made our reservation and could not get anything sooner than 9:00pm.
However the wait for the food was worth it! ”

”We had issues with our safe. After asking for it to be fixed multiple times, someone finally came 24 hours later.
Our fan started working randomly one of the nights, from 23:00 to 02:00, we were unable to turn it off!
For an all inclusive 5 star hotel, there werent many food options and even when we came to eat when the restaurant opened, the food was lukewarm / cold.
We had pork steaks one day that weren't cooked properly, which resulted in food poisoning...not nice at all - we lost 48nhours of...
