Hotelli on pienehkö, boutique omainen.

”Parking is an issue since there’s on street parking meters on the street. They do offer garage parking a block away but you must park by 10pm for $40 which was not convenient since we were there for a fashion show and wanted to go out for dinner. Armand was very sweet and helpful and offered us to park on the street to avoid a parking ticket.. but know parking is free on the street from 10pm - 7am so you must pay every two hours which was only $5 for 2hrs.”

”The hotel and the majority of the staff were wonderful, but unfortunately, one female front desk clerk significantly impacted my experience.
I needed to extend my stay for work and was unaware that my physical credit card was required to complete the additional charge. I called ahead and explained that I would bring my card by 5:00 p.m. after work and was assured that would be fine.
Despite this agreement, my friend, who was caring for my dog, was locked out of my room and denied access...

”The hotel was clean and new. However, service was not good. I needed to call the reception and had to speak to a bot who could not understand my request and could not speak with a real person. We ordered room service which was totally overpriced. A small burger came in a plastic container with wobbly plastic cutlery.”
