”I'm not a big fan of self-service check-in and -out but everything worked well and we slept like babies. No noises at all. Breakfast was pretty good. The room was tidy. ”

”Room was clean and well maintained. Food options (when open) were tasty but be aware that they charge an additional 20% no matter what. Bed was comfortable. If you like firmer pillows request them because they are soft. Location is great: staff was very helpful and friendly. I enjoy the little quirks like the champagne vending machine and the fact that the elevator doors open behind you when headed to the rooms lol. It took some getting used to.”

”Very positive experience, I would stay here again”

”The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful and informative; top marks for them. The included breakfast offerings were numerous and tasty; a very good start to the day before exploring DC. The room was neat and clean. The free shuttle was especially helpful to and from Union Station as a starting point for a walking tour of the National Mall. We walked to nearby restaurants (Union Market) for our evening meals. The hotel was about a quarter mile to the nearest Metro (NoMa-Galluadet U),...

”Valet was horrible no directions or anything!”

”Valitsin tämän hinnan peusteella katsomatta arvioita tai ympäristöä. Ajattelin, että hintaerolla ajaisimme taksilla keskustaan.”

”Breakfast was fairly good. Shower door was broken. Valet was hard to locate, unresponsive and really slow— for $76/day. I won’t likely stay there again.”

”All of the above. Will be staying here for future stays!! Highly recommended”

”Palvelu oli loistavaa niin hotellissa kuin hotellin ravintoloissa ja spa:ssa. Hotelli on pienehkö, boutique omainen.

”Parking is an issue since there’s on street parking meters on the street. They do offer garage parking a block away but you must park by 10pm for $40 which was not convenient since we were there for a fashion show and wanted to go out for dinner. Armand was very sweet and helpful and offered us to park on the street to avoid a parking ticket.. but know parking is free on the street from 10pm - 7am so you must pay every two hours which was only $5 for 2hrs.”
