”The hotel is in a super convenient location and a quiet area of the city. The Irish pub down stairs is super fun. The room was clean, the air conditioner stayed cold, the sheets and towels were great quality I have zero complaints! I would definitely stay again.”

”The hotel was clean and new. However, service was not good. I needed to call the reception and had to speak to a bot who could not understand my request and could not speak with a real person. We ordered room service which was totally overpriced. A small burger came in a plastic container with wobbly plastic cutlery.”

”Second stay here. Excellent all around.”

”I'm not a big fan of self-service check-in and -out but everything worked well and we slept like babies. No noises at all. Breakfast was pretty good. The room was tidy. ”

”Lovely hotel in a convenient location!”

”Had a good 5-night stay here, everything worked. Although the room was snug, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom did the job (thought the night light was a great addition), and the location was superb (although a bit restless in the evenings). Only down side was the sound insulation which was alright, for a couple nights I could hear some machine humming away (fairly loudly) in the hallway, no clue what it was for, but was grateful when it finally stopped. All in all, great place with good...

”Will stay again!”

”While the hotel shows online pictures of a beautiful bar and restaurant, there weren’t any. That was very disappointing. The ceilings are low in the bathrooms. The room was nice. Front desk staff were excellent and very friendly.”

”I liked the suite that had a separate bedroom and living room area. I also liked the automated drapes. Touch a button and they opened and closed. The room was very clean. I didn't like the fact that housekeeping did not show up when we expected them on the second to last day 10/25/2026. We had a lot of trash and could have used some toilet paper. The front desk, however, was very accommodating and fulfilled our needs. I would recommend this hotel overall.”

”Our toilet height was very low and it would not flush properly when we checked in. Maintenance came three times over our stay and were finally able to fix. It just wouldn't flush toilet paper or turds. There was a door open above the toilet and this was never closed or addressed.”

”Great place to stay for short walk to capital one arena. Parking across the street is 1/2 of what it is to valley at the hotel.”
