Just a few miles from the coast, there is ample opportunity to explore local beaches, and hidden coves, including those at Lee Bay and Woody Bay, whilst the wide stretch of sand at Woolacombe is just fourteen miles away. For those who can tear themselves away from the delights of the coast, there is much more to see in the local area, including the Wildlife and Dinosaur park at Combe Martin, the Lynton and Lynmouth Cliff Railway, and Watermouth Castle, with its family friendly attractions.

This property offers the perfect place for a relaxing break with friends and family. Upon entering, guests will find the lovely, spacious lounge, with its huge corner sofa, Freeview TV/DVD and a cosy wood burner (one basket of logs provided). The kitchen/diner has been lovingly finished in an attractive farmhouse style, with a wooden dining table, a pretty window seat, oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, Nespresso Coffee Maker, washer/dryer, and dishwasher. Upstairs, the property offers three bedrooms. The first of these is a king-size room with views over the garden, the second a king-size room with an en-suite shower and WC. The last room is a bunk bedroom with full size bunks. The bathroom has a shower over bath and WC.

Outside, the property enjoys beautiful gardens, which are mainly set to lawn, with plenty of space to relax and run around. There is outdoor seating here, as well as a BBQ, making it perfect for enjoying the peaceful surroundings. Guests are also able to explore the farm, where they will find the resident sheep and alpacas, as well as an enclosed children’s play area with a climbing frame, swings, slide, and a trampoline. A table tennis table has also just been added.
