The pictures on there website is misleading an not true the place is run down and not finished at all the pool area is nasty an under construction the room a not up to standard an they need work the water is not hot! The rooms are hot because the ac doesn’t stay on my wife was mad at me because I booked it. Don’t go to this place”

”As a road warrior over decades, I have seen good and bad, but I have rarely seen the attentiveness of the staff such as here at the Grand Resort. Always pleasant but exceptionally helpful. I had an emergency shoe repair needed for my only dress pair, and it was late on a Sunday when it was identified. The staff worked out where to get glue, sent a courier, and within an hour it was repaired. Incredible! I have literally never seen anything like it. The next day my meeting ran late, and...
