”I personally didn’t like the surrounding areas but the hotel grounds were excellent. Most people know but there’s not many stores open on Sundays.”

”I had such a wonderful stay and experience at this cozy little place. It was close to the water taxi, small street vendors and great restaurants. Debra and staff went above and beyond. ”Property allowed us to check in late which was very kind of them. However, the property is old & run down. The hotel don’t choose their guests, but the ones next to us were extremely noisy with the TV on very loud leading to a poor night sleep due to the very thin walls & adjoining door not stopping any of the noise. Conveniently near the water taxis though”

”We were diverted here for 1 night when the Roatan airport closed due to heavy rain. The staff was friendly and helpful. It's bare bones room, no coffee maker or safe, no elevator. We just needed a place not far from the airport for a quick one night stay. ”

”Breakfast area was not inviting, it was too dark. Definitely need an upgrade in a breakfast area. There was no one around when I walked in the breakfast area. The room was decent but could definitely do a bit more clean.”

”Located close enough to the ferry terminals, helpful staff and the room is more than suitable to the price. Neighborhood is a bit shabby but that goes for most of belize City. Not for honeymooners, but a good place for those passing through.”

”Beautiful apartment, clean and well stocked with dishes, utensils, and toiletries. There are little markets along the street and a large supermarket a few minutes drive away. We had a car during our stay so we were able to get to Belize city in about 15 minutes. I would definitely stay here again.”

”I had a very disappointing experience at this property and would not recommend it. The overall condition of the property was far below what was advertised. It is clear that the place has not been properly cleaned or maintained for quite some time. There was visible dust buildup throughout the property, including vents and surfaces, which made the environment feel dirty and neglected. There were also serious maintenance and safety concerns. Exposed and improperly installed electrical wires and...
