The Space:

This Villa is an oceanfront residence thoughtfully designed to blend indoor living with its natural surroundings. The open-plan living and dining areas connect seamlessly to the terrace through floor-to-ceiling sliding doors, allowing natural light, ocean breezes, and the tropical landscape to become part of everyday life.



The villa features five bedrooms arranged to comfortably accommodate different group dynamics. The primary bedroom includes a King-size bed and an additional Queen bed, while other bedrooms offer a mix of King-size, double, and single beds, providing flexibility for families and groups of various sizes.



Outdoors, the furnished main terrace is perfect for open-air meals or relaxed gatherings. The private pool, surrounded by green areas and facing the beach, offers a peaceful space to unwind throughout the day or enjoy sunset moments. Being on the ground floor, the villa provides easy access to outdoor areas and a constant connection to the beachfront environment.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the villa, including the private terrace, pool, and surrounding green areas. In addition, they are welcome to enjoy all common areas within the Anera development, thoughtfully designed to enhance a relaxed beachfront experience. The property also offers direct access to Playa Blanca beach. Guests are kindly asked to follow the condominium rules and observe quiet hours to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone.



The Neighborhood:

Playa Blanca is a quiet residential area surrounded by nature and known for its relaxed oceanfront atmosphere. The beach in front of the property is wide and uncrowded, making it ideal for long walks and enjoying the scenery, although ocean conditions may vary and swimming is not always recommended.



From Anera, guests have convenient access to several nearby points of interest. Beachfront restaurants and local ramadas are just minutes away, offering fresh seafood and traditional cuisine. Marina Ixtapa, located about 15–20 minutes by car, features dining options, yacht tours, and water activities. Ixtapa’s Hotel Zone and golf course are also within a similar driving distance, with shopping centers, restaurants, and nightlife. Downtown Zihuatanejo, approximately 20–25 minutes away, offers a more local feel with its boardwalk, cafés, markets, and traditional restaurants.



As a natural beachfront setting, occasional local wildlife may be present; the villa follows preventive cleaning and control protocols to minimize this. Anera is designed for rest and relaxation, and guests are kindly asked to follow condominium rules and quiet hours to preserve a peaceful environment.



Getting Around:

Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo International Airport is approximately a 10-minute drive away. Ixtapa’s Hotel Zone, Marina Ixtapa, and downtown Zihuatanejo are located within a 15 to 25-minute drive. Taxis or a private vehicle are recommended for convenient transportation.



Other Things to Note:

Cleaning during your stay is not included. Additional services are available for an extra fee and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. For stays of 7 nights or more, one complimentary cleaning is included.

Suitable for children (2-12 years old) Enter and leave the property at the times indicated for check-in and check-out. Always treat service staff with respect and dignity. Immediately report any damage or incident on the property. Smoking is permitted in outdoor areas. After 10 p.m., loud music is not allowed and we ask that you keep noise levels to a minimum. Do not exceed the number of guests in the reservation. Eating in the pool area is not allowed. Do not climb on the couches with shoes on. 1. Exclusive use: the plunge pool is for the private use of villa occupants. 2. Safety: • Running or jumping into the water is not permitted. • Avoid entering the pool under the influence of alcohol or medication that may affect your balance. • Children must always be supervised by an adult. 3. Care of the water and equipment: • Do not throw objects, food, or drinks into the pool. • Avoid sitting or leaning on the stone or glass edges. • Do not tamper with the filtration, drainage, or lighting systems. 🐾 Pets are not allowed in the unit. 🤫 Respect others' rest → avoid loud noises after 10:00 p.m. 🕗 Common pool hours: 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. 🏊‍♀️ In common areas, use the brown towels designated for the pool (located in your unit).
