”Great location! Large king bed room. Walkable nice area! Great breakfast!”

”AC was not working… toilet not flushing and got locked out of the room because door did not have good batteries. It looks like the property was lacking preventive maintenance and they have a reactive way of solving issues. It used to be a fantastic place and it just looks that is falling apart”

”Worst hotel, stay from Expedia ever! NO hot water! No shower heads on the pipes. Loud parties at night! No soundproof rooms! Traffic noise 24/7. No handles on balcony doors cause wind tunnel for hot wind from outside. Breakfast not buffet and very skimpy. Restaurant only open for lunch. Diarrea twice from lunch. No cheap restaurants in walking distance. Laundry service heavily overcharged. Completely understaffed. Management/ownership never responded to calls and emails from Expedia and me.WORST...

”El proximo año regreso me encanto. 👍👍👍👍”

”The hotel is very hard to access no ocean view at all because of high trees everything was closed inside the hotel at 6 pm we checked inn at 5 pm paid cash for the room at 6 pm every employee at the hotel including receptionist left the property no security no other guests just me and my wife they turned everything off we realized that we were the only guest in this entire hotel my wife told me I don’t want to stay here because I don’t feel safe and she is Colombian Borneo and raised so we...

”The staff was helpful except that they can't keep the minimal order to allow you to sleep at night . I have never been in such a noisy place . The building pictures are deceiving, the street was dirty and looked abandoned . Is just a cheap place . I choose it looking for something in the historical center with reasonable time to get to the airport early in the morning . I didn't expect to lose hours of sleep while gaining 15 more minutes on the road .”

”They were all so friendly. They helped me alot. This was my first time out of the country. Very pleasant family.”

”Avoid like the plague!!! I was denied the check in because they state that are not working with hotels.com and demanded £140 for 2 nights. we founded ourselves in the position to find another extortionate hotel in the carnaval period. The hotel is a favela guarded by an armed security.”
