”Had the best time staying here! The location being near the gorgeous view from the Port of Orillia was one of our favourites ! In addition, the staff were amazing as well. ”Staff were wonderful especially the breakfast staff who went above and beyond each morning to deliver a great breakfast, they were quick to replace food as it ran out and where such a delight to speak with. Even when the hotel appeared full, they brought in tables and chairs to extend the breakfast room into the lobby. Rooms where spacious and clean and kids enjoyed the pool as well. Overall great stay! ”

”Best to purchase the play pass from the hotel. For close to the same price ($2 difference) you can use the pass the whole stay instead of one day. Family suite was perfect for our family of 5. Avoid a holiday weekend if possible to avoid extra long lines for the activities. Pool can hit capacity so go earlier in day. ”

”The breakfast was actually really good considering the type of property, we’ve stated a lot of different types hotels and the included breakfast isn’t always the best they didn’t have a lot of options at this one but the waffle maker worked perfectly, the eggs and sausages were prepared well tasted great. Don’t listen to the other reviews if you’re looking for a more affordable place to stay or just passing through, this place will do the trick. We booked two rooms both of them were in good...

” ⸻ We absolutely loved everything about our stay at the hotel—the location, the restaurant, the rooms, and especially the incredible staff. Everything exceeded our expectations. The only downside was that we didn’t receive housekeeping service in our room, and we noticed there was no shampoo provided. However, we appreciated that there was a cart outside with supplies we could help ourselves to. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would definitely return!”
