Asuntolaivat – Barrie - Orillia

”We have stayed here multiple times and it is such a refreshing change from other accommodation in Barrie. Always very clean rooms, lobby and pool areas. Staff always very polite and cheery which includes both front desk, staff and any of the maintenance staff that we run into. It’s in a great location just easily off the highway, with a Tim Hortons just down the street and a grocery store just across the street. We love how much quieter it is in this area compared to other Barrie exits.”

”The hotel was in a good location, clean with a welcoming foyer. We upgraded to the executive suite and had hoped for “special”. It was freezing when we arrived! We asked for a space heater as they had not thought to turn heat on before we arrived. The kitchenette area offered little in amenities. Even the Keruig only had 2 pods. ”Good stay for price”

”This place is NOT for you, if you want some peace of mind or if you want to relax or worse still, if you are an artist or author or otherwise with a creative instinct and want to create something unique, this is definitely NOT the place. This place gives preference to teams and other groups who will not stay quiet (rather shout, yell and run around past midnight to the Gondola) day or night; who will smoke in the Balcony (although not permitted and the management looks the other way) or who'll...

”Nice place. Bedding and linens very comfortable. Hotel was very nice and clean. Nice breakfast. Very convenient location. Would stay again .”

”We were disappointed in the first impression of the decor. On further examination & exploration the the deluxe room we booked also fell short of the advertised accommodation we were offered. The “tiny” bathroom was not a whirlpool extravaganza to say the least! The fan/air conditioner worked most of the night to bring the room’s fragrance and temperature up to normal expectations but gave up early morning just as we were getting used to the noise. We will not be returning to this location again.”

”Parfait, propre et confortable.”
