”Great location. Walk to the waterfront park, harbour and downtown Orillia. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. I had a small room in the basement. Everything was updated and clean, including the bathroom. The room down there is small, but that was reflected in the great price I received. I was on my own so it worked for me. ”Fantastic hotel. Everything was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean, modern, and provided great linens. Amazing gym. Breakfast in the mornings did the trick and the unlimited coffee. Lots to offer for the area around the property. I have stayed at this hotel many times and will be returning many times more! ”

”Shower was terrible..dirty, water backed up and very loud like a machine gun going off. Hairs on bathroom floor. Breakfast very limited options. Old apples the only fruit and fake egg pancakes. Was busy and pretty loud...thin walls and big gap until door.”

”We paid a lot of the jacuzzi tub in room. We couldn’t use it, shower drink or even brush our teeth. The water was brown and gross. Even after “flushing the pipes” for over an hour. They blamed the nearby road construction. However I stay and the hotel directly beside it, the week before and after with no water issues. No compensation was given. We left our booking sooner than planned. ”
