”Hotel is in good location. Close to rail station and verious bus stop, restaurants etc.
I arrived early and my room was ready so that was great 👍 and I was really happy about it.
The problem is that building is closed during the day and no one around to help if something goes wrong.
When I arrived to the hotel on my second night I find out that my bathroom light is not working. Manager has sent 2 staff members but they couldn't help so I didn't have light there at all.
Room was very clean...

”We stayed at The Fleece for a couple of nights. Our welcome as a pleasant professional one, despite the bar and restaurant being busy. Our room and the linen was very clean, and although quite warm, there was a fan provided that did the trick. We ate in the restaurant one evening and the food was good, and the breakfast, which was included, was delicious. Lovely beer garden/ courtyard to enjoy a relaxing beer. All in all an excellent stay and we wouldn’t hesitate staying here again. Thanks to...

”Staff lovely and accommodating, room was spacious, lovely view of the river, comfy bed and clean fresh bathroom. Had a lovely evening meal in the sun by the river, and breakfast was great. And all for a very reasonable price, would definitely stay again”

”From arrival to leaving nothing was too much trouble. I was on my own and the staff were more than helpful as to where to visit . The food was varied and excellent. Breakfast was basic continental but didn’t want any more. I make what I consider sensible comments not criticism and mentioned these to them.
1 possibly a small fridge in the room in view of current conditions but found out I was lucky and had a larger room so this wasn’t feasible throughout. I tray in shower to hold bits would be...
