”The outdoor bar Gin and Juice was a tropical paradise with fun cocktails and a lovely garden setting. The Japanese restaurant was also excellent. Staff were very friendly and our room was large and beautifully appointed. We'll plan a trip to Cheltenham just to stay in the hotel again!”

”Overall good place to stay. One suggestion, they should write clearly at the front desk to go next door restaurant for the check-in. I waited good 20 mins, ringing the bell next to the shut-down reception window and no one responded. Finally just walked up to next door to inquire and found that’s where the check-in happens. Very clean accomodation , tea, coffee etc, bath with overhead shower, good thick towels the room was quiet cheap overnight at £43 pub/restaurant on site for breakfast and meals, mcdonalds 2 mins walk away. ”My partner and I stayed for the weekend. We had dinner in the pub on Friday which was so nice. The room was spacious and I loved the decor. It was clean and very comfortable. Lovely selection of teas and coffees and even biscuits and a chocolate. Good Wi-Fi reception. Good water pressure in the shower. Everything was perfect. We’ll definitely stay again. ”

”My one night stay was a good experience. The staff were very friendly. My room was very spacious with a huge bed. Breakfast was good. My only complaint is that the bath is super slippery when having a shower. I know there is a grab handle but I almost dare not let go of it. I put the bath mat in the bath in the end which solved the problem. I usually take my own shower mat with me but forgot on this occasion, I will remember it next time. Other than that one point my stay was very comfortable....
