”We stayed for 2 nights. Upon arriving we immediately noticed mouse traps in every room which was a little unnerving; however, there did not appear to be evidence of live mice in the house. The towels did not smell fresh in downstairs bathroom. And the water pressure was terrible. If the downstairs water was running, there was no water in sink upstairs. There were no bed slats in one bed causing the mattress to fall on floor. Additionally, when we returned one evening, I notified host...

”The location was good and the room was clean. My check-in experience was not great. It’s a very confusing place. There are three hotels next to each other and it was hard to know which one was mine. The woman at the front desk was. not especially friendly and she acted annoyed when I asked her questions. I had a really hard time trying to figure out where to park and walking is a challenge for me and that made it worse. I don’t think I’d stay there again.”

”Reasonably clean property but there seemed to be a lot of corners being cut. Checked in at around 10:30 pm after a long cross country flight. There were no sheets on the sofa bed or the comforter pack in either of the two rooms we booked, so we dealt with that. Next morning went in for a shower and the shampoo was all empty - nothing at all. Went downstairs and there were no glasses for water. Overall it is a clean property but has a lot of quality issues in their service. And the staff...

”Beautiful place to stay with spectacular views. We stayed in a dog friendly cabin and loved walking the trails. Heated pool was very enjoyable. Great food and bar with a very friendly and helpful staff. Lot’s of things to do with the available boats, paddle boards and games. Trolley to the downtown was fun to use. Hope to return next year.”
