”Amenities were great especially the hot tub and nearby Saco River beach. Room was clean and modern. Pizza was delicious at Matty B’s. Also great place to launch from for Mt. Washington auto road or cog railroad. Payment structure and cleaning fees were a little confusing, but this was our first VRBO.”

”Very clean. Clear directions and communication from the host.”

”What an amazing find. So clean and equipped with all the necessities. Indigo properties really made the stay super with their prompt replies to our questions.”

”Booked a weekend and when the day came I texted several times and about 4:00 in the afternoon. I finally received an email saying that i was not booked. But on hotel.com still said my weekend was confirmed. Had to scramble around for a hotel for the family the last minute.”

”Super recomendada”

”Good location for walking to main street with shops. Kitchen was nicely renovated; other furniture a bit tired. Communication with management company was good.”

”Great stay. Lots to do in the area. The place was very clean and communication was great.”

”The house is kept in perfect condition and clean throughout. You’re out in the middle of nowhere next to the bike path and enjoy nature. Take a two minute drive down the road and you are back to civilization. The perfect spot to relax and unwind with family.”

”Very clean and beautiful!”

”The apt was super clean, spacious, and just what we needed. Washer & dryer was great too! ”

”Very clean, daytime traffic was a bit noisy. I would stay again.”

”The room was so clean, comfy and just what we needed. The amenities were endless and would be perfect for all ages! The only reason we didn’t rate this 5 stars was the air conditioner had the most annoying high pitch sound coming from it, and the thermostat didn’t work, it only let us put the temp up and down, so we were unable to shut it off! Views were amazing, especially from our room. There’s a little river out back of the lodge that’s super peaceful. There are 3 restaurants and shops feet...

”Very clean and comfortable. Communication with Rick was awesome.”

”We had a great stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and charming! The bed was comfortable, water pressure and hot water were great for the shower, it was quiet, and we fell asleep to the relaxing sound of the Pemigewasset flowing past... The room is conveniently located by great restaurants and shops, as well as the Kancamagus. You can easily walk to businesses in Lincoln if you'd like. This is our second time staying in the Lodge and we hope to be back soon! Rick is a responsive and friendly...

”Very proactive and attentive host. The unit was clean, well maintained and close to the Loon base lodge.”

”Clean, cozy, and close to everything! Already looking forward to next summer!”

”A unique farmhouse experience, centrally located in Lovell. Clean, quite and private with easy access to Kesar Lake, hiking trails, the Fryeburg Fair and more. Guests get to enjoy a small second floor apartment, accessed through a private front entrance. The unit is two bedrooms with a kitchenette/den with a brand new bathroom. We stayed three nights enjoying the autumn weather, hiking and the fair. Brent the owner living below was so quite. We hardly knew he was there.”

”House is not child or elderly friendly. Had issues at check in getting into home. Had power outage while there no flashlights or light source at property. I requested to stay an additional 2 days for business, was told they would check availability and get back to me. They never did! Had to send message because no one had picked up garbage for over 2 weeks. Also, no wash clothes on site?”
