”Breakfast and staff were great, however, the beds were extremely uncomfortable and hard and would make noises anytime you would move around on the bed, to the point where it felt like the bed was going to break at any given moment. The structure of the bed felt unsafe.”

”The rooms were clean and so quaint, very roomy, nice hot showers, and the fireplace/heater worked great! The staff were each do delightful & friendly. The breakfast each morning was absolutely delicious!! Definitely worth the stay. Thank you for the complimentary popcorn/drinks/tea. We had an amazing stay ”

”No informayion about the property, amenities or how the heater/ac worked was provided. The hotel looked old and unmaintenance by a professional. It looked like an untrained contrator did repairs yo the room. Never staying there again.”

”The room was clean, the staff was friendly and we had a full kitchen. The fireplaces in each room worked so well that we didn’t have to turn on a heater. We were truly impressed with the layout of the unit. We will definitely speak about our travels to whomever wishes to stay in Big Bear. ”

”Very clean & quiet. Nice, basic, no frills. Older and a little worn, firm mattress in the King cabin. Nice to have a dedicated parking space. A short drive (not walking distance)from the village or grocery. No onsite staff- just online registration and text messages with someone working remotely- so no recommendations for where to eat, get coffee etc. Overall good value.”

”My family and I had a great time there. It is clean, the kitchen had more than enough cooking utensils, the appliances were in good working order, and it was incredibly cozy. We had three adults, two teenagers, and a dog, and yet it felt incredibly spacious. We left an hour before it started snowing, so we’re hoping to redo this trip next winter. At least we know where we’ll be staying. :)”

”The property was under major construction. The cabin was Small compared to what we thought we paid for. It also said it had a lake view, it did not. The bed was the worst we've ever slept in and the pillows left something to be desired. The best part is the common area having grass, bbq's and a fire pit. I will say that the staff was very friendly and welcoming. ”

”I booked a stay just for 1 night and confirmed everything. Got the receipt, cabin number, door code. Etc, early the day of the check in. Drove up there to find out that they double booked our stay and could not accommodate us. We drove 2 hours with 2 babies with us to find out that we can’t stay to a cabin that we wanted. I still appreciated the offers of atleast getting us alternative stay to their property or other properties, but it’s just really inconvenient and waste of time not having what...
