I tried reaching someone via the phone numbers published just to get AvantStay… not the actual person at the property. Arrival was a disaster, but once we finally got checked in, the room was nice. But we were very disappointed to find the rooftop lounge area advertised was an AI rendering. We love promoting boutique hotels and honestly we prefer...

”This hotel was under construction, which I did not know when I made the reservation. The front desk and entry were closed. Instead tables and computers were set up in a hallway beside a side door. It was necessary to use a service elevator, which was understandably often busy. There was no breakfast. The room key had to be rekeyed daily. Staff didn’t even bother to ask how the stay was, else this could have been a feedback at the front desk. The restaurant, Nido, was great as always, but never coming back to the hotel. Also, staff at the coffee shop was rude! ”

”Everything was good. It’s a beautiful hotel in a lively area. I will definitely stay there again if I am in Austin. The only problem for me was that they don’t have coffee machine in the room. They have free coffee in the lobby but I don’t want to get dressed and go to the lobby to get my coffee first thing in the morning. For a 4star place I would have expected to have a coffee machine in the room and I assumed they had it :( I should have read the amenities in detail:) also two of the bar...

So until you renovate to add modern charging infrastructure, why don't you keep some correct cables at the desk. Charge guests a deposit of $10, refund on departure/return?”
