”I booked a room for 2 nights. The location of the hotel is great as it is right by the freeway and is easily accessible. My flight was delayed so I checked in a little over midnight and that was not a problem. ”Was our first time staying here, will be back! It started with the front desk being so helpful when our flight was delayed for check-in. The rooms were clean. ”Be AWARE! $54 valet and This is NOT the place for a restful night sleep! Very loud thumping club music until at least 2:00am. Also, pool was closed early for private event. The lobby and parking garage smelled of sewage and the AC was out on the first floor. Front desk staff was friendly. Earplugs, noise machine and sleep patches were provided to ease the noise but little help.”

”This property looks great on paper. We couldn't use the green pool, the entire downstairs for gym, breakfast, business center though they had rescue air installed, was very hot. The usual breakfast was fine and gym equipment good and staff very nice and helpful. When leaving they did not give me the expedia credit and had to go back and charge it back in refund to me. Could be much better and we missed out on pool and just felt it wasnt up to expectations.”

”The hotel is very new and clean. The only issues we saw that may deter someone are: (1) they do not clean the rooms daily unless requested maybe, (2) Rainey street is right behind the hotel, convenient for partying but be aware it is a little loud at night in the rooms overlooking that street.”
