”Very kind staff. Online Request for the room was very quick and easy to use.”

”The property was very clean and convenient to our plans. Plenty of parking. The main bedroom had a door, so someone could still watch tv or cook in kitchen and not disturb someone sleeping. The full size refrigerator was super. It was definitely better than the mini fridges in other hotels. I absolutely loved that there was a separate area to do my hair and makeup. Location: great access to Loop 1 to get to downtown. Grocery store was only 10 min away. Plenty of eateries in the area. ”

”The room was big and very clean. There was a weird smell, but may have been coming from the bathroom since the toilet was running when we got there. It did have to be manually stopped so it would stop running. But aside from that it was a very nice room.”

”We were amazed at the size of our room, we had two fireplaces on a little kitchenette along with a very lovely bedroom and a nice bathroom. Location and neighborhood are lovely. A couple things keep it from being perfect. This is our second time staying with them and the hot option on the breakfast hasn't been great either time ( although the coffee is great). The TV did seem to have a mind of its own and stopped working in the middle of our movie, and the fridge in the room didn't work all...

”If the property is under renovation, why do you let people book??? Horrible condition with paint smell, dirty bathrooms, lobby is full of dirt, and bagels felt like they were 100 years old. Please close this lication”

”There was construction going on that started before 8am. Very loud. They could have given all the guests free breakfast vouchers as a courtesy for us having to deal with the noise. The pool was disappointing. Such an uninviting area. Also the breakfast buffet was disappointing. Not worth it. The breakfast tacos at the cafe were much better than what was offered at the restaurant.”

”Very clean room and hotel. Walking distance to stores, restaurants, university, pharmacy… The staff at the bar and restaurant were amazing. The housekeeping staff excellent. ”

”The hotel is in a fantastic location to everything. It is quite loud around and inside the hotel, so it’s probably not for you if you’re looking for a good night of rest. The rooms are tiny, but sufficient. The rooms and hallways of the hotel seem a bit grungy. ”

”Two nights with no heat in the room. Staff blaimed the WiFi, had to 'hard re-boot' my room 3x, then said 'engineering had left for the night.' Offered an extra blanket. But no portable heater. ”
