It was necessary to use a service elevator, which was understandably often busy. There was no breakfast. The room key had to be rekeyed daily. ”I reached out the first night because multiple advertised amenities were not available. The front desk while very nice was unable to assist. I tried reaching someone via the phone numbers published just to get AvantStay… not the actual person at the property. Arrival was a disaster, but once we finally got checked in, the room was nice. But we were very disappointed to find the rooftop lounge area advertised was an AI rendering. We love promoting boutique hotels and honestly we prefer...
