”Lovely house, it was perfect for our group of 7! The place was well stocked, clean and a nice location. Not far from a grocery store and Ski Cooper. Parking is a little tight if you have larger vehicles but doable. Check-in and check-out was smooth and the host was so nice to accommodate to our early arrival. Great place to stay in Leadville!!”

”The tiny home was cute and well cared for but not appropriate for winter stays in Leadville. The house was very cold and the floors were frigid - you couldn't walk around without shoes on. In addition, the beds had very limited blankets, and even when we asked for comforters for the bed, the host brought only thin, small blankets. I imagine the house would be a lovely spot in the summer, but it was quite uncomfortable for a winter stay. ”
