"I booked a room, which turned out to be very cold. I booked this premium hotel to be comfortable, and I wasn't. I called about this in the evening and they came to fix it. "Very good stay, if you have a car. Without a car, no chance. Oxford city around 20min away. Clean, quite big room. Okay bed. Nothing special, but everyrhing worked. No restaurant. Breakfast was poor. No fridge. "
