”I stayed at this hotel for one night during my visit to Italy with my friend. This hotel was excellent, 10/10! A special thank you goes to the lovely lady at the reception, Amina. She made plenty of calls to reserve a wine tasting experience and an opera show for us and gave us advice on how to get around town. The customer service at this hotel is exceptionally great! Thank you!”

But travelers need to be aware that accessing this residence in your own car is not possible. The only small minus I have to give to the breakfast room - between 8:30 - 9:30 it was grouded and customers had to queue too long for coffee. The personnel was busy to clean up tables and my breakfast was twice cleaned away while I was queing coffee. What a waste.”

”Wow! What an amazing place! Katia is so personable and responds quickly to message through WhatsApp. Hotel has a posh vibe , clean ,quiet and nicely decorated. Room and bathroom are very nice. We were there for Il Palio and Katia answered all about questions and helped us get tickets to a Contrada dinner. She also sent us information to get seats for Il Palio but we did not do this due to cost. Hotel is a great location and walkable to everywhere I would stay there again in there again....
