”We thought the host was exceptional. Very friendly and helpful. Wanting to please and help any way she could. We had to arrive late and she waited for us to arrive. Our room was very clean as was the bathroom. She did offer to wash up some clothes for us as we are traveling on the road. I did notice the laundry as one of the amenities however to us that means an available washed and dryer to use. Understanding now here in Italy that means a washing machine and hang to dry. The rooms were stunning, the location superb, the dining delicious and the hotel dogs a fabulous added treat! They were even fabulous enough to bake and decorate a cake for my mum’s birthday which she celebrated there. A truly memorable and delightful experience from walking in to leaving. ”
