”Loved Le Pelican! It is the perfect location to walk to old town Annecy, the lake, etc. The staff was so kind and friendly. The room was comfy and spacious. The breakfast was delicious. And we greatly appreciated the reusable water bottles and water fountains around the property. ”
”Room was quite small, but still somewhat functional. Hotel is nicely renovated and bed was good quality. Location is pretty good, close railway station and old town. WiFi was fine.
Ventilation did not seem to work (did not use AC, was still spring). Safety box only in reception and garage was guite difficult. Did not try breakfast.”

”This hotel is in an excellent location with very friendly and helpful staff. The room was in great condition, however just to note that the single room is quite small and cosy! But there's a nice wardrobe nook with plenty of space for a small suitcase and room to hang clothes. And it has a cabin-like shower room/wet room, rather than a spacious full bathroom, but it was perfectly functional, good quality and clean, with soap and shampoo provided :) I had a good stay there! Plenty of bike rental...
”While the location was central, and the overall cleanliness level not bad, the room had a hideously bad damp/unclean/stuffy smell that was almost unbearable. We were too tired to look for another place to stay and we had paid for the room and had an early start in the morning so we had to live with it for the one night we had. But I would not recommend this to anyone and it definitely was not 3 stars.
Also the hotels partner parking garage was full and we had to pay almost 25€ for the parking.”
