”Excellent location, staff and units. Very spacious, clean and nicely decored.”

”Hotel Provincial is my go to hotel when visiting New Orleans. They are located only 2 blocks from Bourbon Street and everything is within walking distance. Close enough to the action, and far enough to sleep in peace. The pool and courtyard are beautiful and picturesque. The staff are always so helpful! Storing our luggage until our departure was an added plus. Thank you for a wonderful stay!”

”We absolutely enjoyed our stay and have already talked about another trip to New Orleans and staying here again! If you want a cheap hotel look somewhere else because when you pay cheap you get cheap!! Location: Much quieter area away from the hustle and bustle but still very much walking distance to French quarter or to take RTA/ street car. Nearest coffee shop that is extremely good is called Allgood. If you don’t want to pay for an uber from the airport you can catch the bus from the...

”This was our second time at this beautiful property, and it definitely won’t be our last. The cottages are a little sanctuary in the middle of New Orleans just steps from everything. Special thanks to Sean for sending us the Amazon package which arrived late while we were in New Orleans. He treats guests like they are family. Jeffrey gave us some excellent suggestions where the locals prefer to dine. Our cottage was spacious with two bedrooms, complimentary sodas and water and coffee. The...

”This was a unique property, very clean and secure. Good location and helpful staff.”

”This was the most beautiful and ornate hotel I have stayed at. I loved the courtyard and the room decor. The staff were so friendly! When I come back, I want to stay here again!”

”This beautiful hotel was absolutely the best hotel we've ever been to. Will certainly wanna go back to spend another vacation there. We were able to see all the rooms and were able to choose which one we want to stay. Each room were different and we found it very difficult to choose the one we wanted as they all were so lovely, so nicely decorated. Beds were very very good. In the lobby, there was coffee, tea, muffins, cookie etc and if you wanted to have a special coffee (espresso, cappucino...

”Beautiful!”

”Place was great. Staff and manager were very nice.”

”Very nice boutique hotel in downtown New Orleans. Walking distance from Bourbon Street, Jackson Square, Frenchman’s street, and most other frequented locations in downtown NOLA. The staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming. After day 2, they were calling us by name and asking how our day went, just like family. Christopher and LaTisha specifically were exceptional! The hotel is freshly renovated and looks awesome. Perfect for a getaway with your significant other or whole family.”

”Outstanding hotel, walking distance to the French Quarter. Would definitely stay here again. I felt like a queen.”

”My wife and I stayed here on our honeymoon. Our room was clean and well maintained, AC is frigid, the hotel itself was very nice, and Tracy at the bar was great company. The hotel is centrally located so it was expectedly noisy at night, bring some ear plugs or your airpods to sleep. Balcony access was a neat feature. I would gladly stay here again. Super easy access to everything you could possibly want to do in the French Quarter.”

”Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent rooms with nice views and comfortable beds.”
