”Hotelli sijaitsi hieman pimeällä sivukadulla, mutta oli oikein hyvä hintaansa nähden ja sijainti muuten sopiva rautatieaseman ja kultuuripuiston lähellä. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä, mutta parempi englanninkielen taito olisi ollut suotavaa. Ainoa pieni epäkohta oli aamiaistarjoilu. Asiakkaita oli vähän, mutta silti melkein joka aamu puuttui jotain ja sai olla pyytämässä milloin keitettyjä munia, servettejä tai juomalaseja.”

”Tyynyt huoneessa jälleen aivan liian paksut ja kovatkin kuten lähes kaikissa hotelleissa. On ihmisiä, jotka nukkuvat aina matalalla tyynyllä ja niitä ei vaan mistään hotellista tunnu löytyvän. On luonnotonta yrittää nukkua korkean tyynyn kanssa, niskat taipuu nurin ja kipeytyvät. Peitto sängyissä karhea ja kelpaamaton yöpeitoksi, oli paljon parempi nukkua päiväpeiton alla.
Muuten ihan hyvä hotelli, loistava saunaosasto erilaisine saunoineen ja englantiakin osattiin hyvin hotellissa.”
”The hotel is new, so the facilities are intact. Howeger, managers of the hotel we're not helpful and friendly when we needed to solve an issue: a light blue dress got rust dots from the hungers. We asked for a reimbursement but they refused to compensate. Also, pillows were extremely large, and once again hotel management refused to help us by finding smaller pillows, so we couldn't sleep properly for 3 nights. The best parts of the whole stay were a friendly girl at the reception and a waiter...
