”The hotel is new, so the facilities are intact. Howeger, managers of the hotel we're not helpful and friendly when we needed to solve an issue: a light blue dress got rust dots from the hungers. We asked for a reimbursement but they refused to compensate. Also, pillows were extremely large, and once again hotel management refused to help us by finding smaller pillows, so we couldn't sleep properly for 3 nights.
