”The hotel is clean and the room is tidy with new linens, towels, and pillows. The room is spacious enough. Parking is easy and the area is in the quiet side of downtown with lots of dining options, bars, and shops. Front desk is very informative and helpful. I will stay at this hotel again whenever in Boise.”

”Nothing in the booking said there was a cash security deposit required along with the booking fee at time of check in. The room was small, not the most clean, and the bathroom ceiling looked like it had been moldy at one point and half cleaned. AC worked- but was EXTREMELY noisy and made it hard to sleep with the crazy rattling. The shower worked, technically.
