”checked in, then immediately left for an appointment.. did not go inside the room, very late that night ,I returned and when I entered my room, I found it occupied.. office staff was surprised and offered a different room...entering that, it was a mess.. I returned to the office and advised them I would be leaving and requested a full refund on my card”

”The room was just dingy not well cleaned or maintained. The tv didn’t work and the phone didn’t work so you couldn’t call the front desk. Asked for a late check out and they said it was fine for 12p. Housekeepers came at 11:15 and kick us out of the room because it was on there list to clean. Rude didn’t even check front desk.”
