”The room was beautiful, the pool was fantastic and my kids loved the water feature. Do wish there was a hot tub. Staff was very accommodating and kind, the continental breakfast was nice and they had little toys for any kids that came down which was lovely. The only complaint I had the bedding on the pullout couch was sopping wet from laundry services”

”Room was clean but the hot tub and pool needed to be cleaned. It wasn’t so gross we were afraid to use it, more like there was a lot of people used it yesterday and housekeeping didn’t bother to clean it. The hot tub also had signs of mold.”

”I had to wait for about 5-10 minute before someone showed up at the desk for me to check in. Once I got into my room, and put my bags down, I had to use the restroom and was shocked when the door hit the lid for the toilet when I opened the door. The last thing for me was the hot tub, so much chlorine I could only sit in it for 5 minute because my eyes were burning. On the positive the bed was comfortable, and the hotel was really conveniently situated to the freeway. ”
