”Nice place clean affordable free breakfast great pool”

”The pool water was murky/dirty upon check in on July 3. A sign stated that the pool would be inspected on July 15. It should have been repaired prior to the July 4th holiday! There has been a great change from last year's owners. We have stayed there several years in a row and the pool was clean. The breakfast hours have been reduced from 7 am to 9 am instead of 10 am. ”The cottage and room was very clean. The staff at registration and parking were very helpful. The private beach and beach amenities were a nice perk. Pool was clean but we didn’t use it. Only two minor issues we had were wasps got in our second floor room, twice. And housekeeping forgot to leave clean towels one morning. Otherwise 5/5! Excellent location too!”

”Stay literally ANYWHERE ELSE. We changed it up because we got a 40% Expedia discount. Property advertises wifi. However, in large sections wifi is non-existent. This matters if you are a remote worker, have a kid who wants to read or listen to library books, or need wifi to supplement poor cape cell service. This was brought to the attention of staff, was then gaslit that wifi "was fine because they were using it" only to observe that staff were on a locked network. It is a KNOWN issue because...

My kids enjoyed the pool, the little soccer field and cornhole set, playing connect four, visiting the goats, and having a picnic every morning for breakfast.
