”Where do I start?? Our 25th Anniversary, first time stay and we could not have been more impressed! Kudos to Brad the doorman, who greeted us, smiled many times and gave us recommendations and tips along the way. Kain the server in Aura, who's fun and cheerful manner, excellent service that was above and beyond the ordinary. Our room was clean, comfortable and exceptional size. We were so very impressed with this hotel!!!”

”Absolutely amazing experience at Rosemead House. It is like stepping into a magical wonderland. Beautiful property, building, rooms, restaurant. Delicious breakfast in an adorable setting. We weren't able to have dinner at the renowned restaurant, but will definitely go back again to enjoy that experience which is supposed to be sensational. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. HIGHLY recommend Rosemead and can't wait to visit again!!”

”We stayed 3 nights in a 2 bedroom suite and really enjoyed our stay. The suite was really spacious. It’s a nice location for walking into Victoria inner harbour area. If you want underground secure parking you pay extra, which seems a little tacky given the price you’re paying already. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We had a couple of minor issues in our room that didn’t get resolved. The clothing hook on the back of the bathroom door was falling off. It needed to be mounted in a...

”Bathroom smelled like raw sewage or rotten fish / dead animal.. maybe the P-trap or sewer system has a problem or maybe it really is animal-related. Room was never cleaned properly over 3 days. Amazingly bad homeless and addicts in the area. Worst neighborhood situation ever. All that aside, the restaurant was awesome and the front desk staff super friendly. But whatever causes that smell needs to be fixed.”

”Good hotel and good and kind staff at the front desk. I would highly recommend. We were with young children and kids loved it. Clean rooms with a nice view of the city, park. Room decore is modern and full size kitchen. The lobby had beautiful pond with fishes. Lovely coffee shop that is open late 7am to 9pm. Free parking lot in the garage of the hotel.
