”Front desk staff were courteous and helpful. Rooms were clean, modern and well maintained. Bathrooms were a nice size. Liked that there was a steamer and and iron in the room. It was raining so umbrellas were available. Great location. Close to my favorite coffee shop-crust. Would stay again”

”Absolutely amazing experience at Rosemead House. It is like stepping into a magical wonderland. Beautiful property, building, rooms, restaurant. Delicious breakfast in an adorable setting. We weren't able to have dinner at the renowned restaurant, but will definitely go back again to enjoy that experience which is supposed to be sensational. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. HIGHLY recommend Rosemead and can't wait to visit again!!”

”Where do I start?? Our 25th Anniversary, first time stay and we could not have been more impressed! Kudos to Brad the doorman, who greeted us, smiled many times and gave us recommendations and tips along the way. Kain the server in Aura, who's fun and cheerful manner, excellent service that was above and beyond the ordinary. Our room was clean, comfortable and exceptional size. We were so very impressed with this hotel!!!”

”Good hotel and good and kind staff at the front desk. I would highly recommend. We were with young children and kids loved it. Clean rooms with a nice view of the city, park. Room decore is modern and full size kitchen. The lobby had beautiful pond with fishes. Lovely coffee shop that is open late 7am to 9pm. Free parking lot in the garage of the hotel. Building B welcomes pets. Building A is free of pets. Hotel location is about 10-15 walking distance to the center water plaza. The walk to...

”Bathroom smelled like raw sewage or rotten fish / dead animal.. maybe the P-trap or sewer system has a problem or maybe it really is animal-related. Room was never cleaned properly over 3 days. Amazingly bad homeless and addicts in the area. Worst neighborhood situation ever. All that aside, the restaurant was awesome and the front desk staff super friendly. But whatever causes that smell needs to be fixed.”

”Fantastic breakfast. Nice wide tubs, balcony with windows for fresh air, had small kitchenette which was great. Special kuddos to breakfast staff. Clean, hygienic, great choices, very well run breakfast area. Best of the hotels we have stayed at over the years.”

”We (2) stayed in the comfort room for 8 days. When we first got here, we were a little disappointed with not having a standing shower in the room but overtime we made it work! The room itself was really clean and housekeeping came every single day. The staff here are incredibly kind and provided us with everything we asked for. The breakfast was 10/10 every single day. We couldn't be more happy. It's very quiet too. We will definitely come back here again. So thankful for the staff here, truly....
