”Check in process was a bit annoying with having to line up at the other building and waited for the longest time even if I thought I did online checkin prior. The Pendray building staff leaves early or are never around. The garden room wasn’t exactly facing the flower garden but the community veggie garden so that threw me off a bit plus the construction noise. The breakfast was very nice. Everything else felt very self serve not really hotel feel.”

”Fantastic hotel just out of the city centre. Room had a stunning view over the harbour, was clean and well maintained. Staff very helpful with a few amenities we’d forgotten. Didn’t try the gym or pool as spent our time out and about but strongly recommended for visitors to Victoria.”

”I absolutely love staying here when I’m in Victoria. The location is fantastic, the rooms are modern, spacious, incredibly clean, and stocked with everything you could possibly need. Every staff member is so helpful and accommodating, they really do bend over backwards to make your stay amazing. The restaurant is great too, and the servers are wonderful. ”Nice boutique hotel - quiet rooms, easily walkable to Government St and the Inner Harbour. Enjoyed dinner at The Palms restaurant. The coffee/tea and fruit available in the lobby in the mornings appreciated.”
