”Lovely room at top, very spacious, extremely comfortable bed, bathroom spacious. Cooked breakfast was superb and beautifully presented. Staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly. Weeny downside, I had already paid via Expedia, my partner didn't realise, and when checking in, whilst I was elsewhere, paid for the room. Luckily he mentioned it later, and it got sorted and refunded. Would definitely stay there again, beautiful old building, and although a pub was very quiet in our room, ...

”It was lovely and cosy and staff were very welcoming. Loved the bar and my food was delicious. Negative - not sure water glasses were clean as there was water in them. Soon put right when I asked for a clean one from the bar.”

”Mullions is a good value overnight ( or longer) stay, it’s not the Ritz, but offers a secure and sturdy place to rest at night and enjoy a sumptuous breakfast ( included in the price!) The staff were really helpful and eager to please. If you’re looking for a non fussy, simple, place to lay your head, Mullions fulfills that need very well. I’ll definitely book to come here again each time I visit Street and Glastonbury towns.”

”A very pleasant stay at “The Carps”. Very pleasant, helpful, friendly staff. The room was very pleasant with a comfortable bed and roomy shower room. The room layout reflects the history of the property with a couple of shallow steps between the bedroom and shower. We stayed for dinner and were rewarded by a tasty meal. ”Great location for park and ride into Bath. We stayed in the main building-this was a mistake. It was noisy-the annex (where we have stayed before) is much better. Our room had a great view of the race course but unfortunately was directly above the kitchen. Kitchen smells and noise drifted up and on one occasion very loud music from the kitchen.
