”Carlos was a great host, and very easy to get in contact with. the property was just as pictured but photos can’t capture the quiet, serene views you get from the screened in porch. The house was very clean inside, and had everything we needed. The grill, laundry and boat ramp are 3 great perks of this house. Will definitely stay again. ”

”This is our favorite location of Lake Murray; a quiet cove that feels remote but just minutes from the convenience of downtown Lexington. The bungalow was just as advertised and was fantastic. Clean space with well stocked kitchen and amenities. We were able to dock our boat for the long weekend and spent time on both the floating dock and covered portion enjoying the views. Thanks Kent for an amazing stay. ”

”Love love love this little cabin! It's small but still enough room that you aren't crowded. This was by far the most stocked place I've rented on Lake Murray the past 6 years. They really do have everything you need except your clothes. New dock was great for fishing and jumping off of and the covered sitting area was great for a lunch break from swimming and kayaking on the provided water toys. ”We were visiting Chapin for an engagement party. The house was perfect for our adult children and their spouses and a great rendezvous point. The house was very nicely Appointed and had all the modern conveniences necessary to be comfortable.
