Our home is perfectly located within minutes of Lake Murray Dam and close to Harbison shopping. This home is perfect for the family that doesn't travel lightly with closets galore! This home is in the well-established Coldstream neighborhood with comfy homey furnishings throughout. The house has fast Wifi, a 55” Smart TV, a well stocked kitchen, and three comfy queen size bedrooms. There is off street parking in the driveway, keyless entry, and a large yard with patio furniture on the back deck. We have carefully curated this space from scratch with YOU in mind, so you will have everything you need and more during your stay.

Living Room:
Relax on the extra large comfy sofa (queen pull-out sofa bed) while streaming your favorite shows on the 55" Smart TV over fast Wi-Fi. Enjoy the views of the quiet neighborhood through the large living room windows. There is a ceiling fan and the entire house has central heat and AC so you may easily stay comfortable all year round. The fireplace is non-functional and for aesthetics only.

Dining Room:
The separate dining room is directly off of the kitchen & living room and is perfect for your family meals. There is a beautiful wood dining table with 6 dining chairs and glass French doors that lead out to the back patio.

Kitchen:
The kitchen has an electric range, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and sink with garbage disposal. There is a vintage rattan and glass table with two chairs in the kitchen so that you may enjoy a glass of wine with friends while preparing a meal. There is a standard drip coffee maker and we provide coffee, powdered creamer, sugar and artificial sweetener.

Bedrooms:
Each bedroom has a queen sized bed and have been carefully furnished and curated to be calm and inviting. Each features a super comfy memory foam medium density mattresses with high quality hotel grade bedding and pillows. The primary bedroom and guest room both have desks so that you may work privately during your stay. Each room also has blinds, ceiling fans, side tables with lamps, charging stations, white noise machines, and closets with hangers.

Kiddos:
A pack n play & high chair are available by request in advance on a first come first served basis.

Bathrooms:
Both the primary & guest bathroom feature a full bathtub and shower. We provide fresh towels, wash clothes, hand towels, and shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

Laundry:
The washer and dryer are located in a closet inside of the half bath and we provide a few laundry pods to get you started. There is also an iron and ironing board as well.

Outdoors:
There is a sloped driveway to the left of the house that will fit 3 vehicles. There is also free street parking in the front of the home. The driveway is on a slope so you may need to angle in and out with your vehicle depending on the model. The back deck has plenty of seating for the whole group and is perfect for entertaining.

Please note that the driveway is a little steep. If you have a lower car, there is free street parking available in front of the house.

You will receive a “boarding pass” upon confirmation with guidebooks, property specific details, check in / parking instructions and more! You can share this link with anyone in your party for access to the details!

Please note that if your stay is longer than 3 weeks, you will be required to pay an additional cleaning fee. This will be sent through a money request.

There is a noise monitor in the living room.
The maximum occupancy that is shown in the listing includes any and all visitors that will be at the home. Over-occupancy or unauthorized events will result in IMMEDIATE eviction without refund. Any guest who refuses to vacate when instructed will be treated as a trespasser.

No parties, events, or gatherings over the listed occupancy are allowed under any circumstances. Bookings made under false pretenses will be denied access with no refund.

You must be 25 years of age or older in order to book one of our homes.

While we ask a series of screening questions to all guests, local guests are subject to additional screening steps, including a phone call. We reserve the right to cancel any guest reservations at our discretion.

Quiet hours are from 10PM until 8AM every day of the week. We have zero tolerance for noise complaints and multiple violations will result in immediate eviction without refund.

No smoking or vaping inside of the home under any circumstances. You will incur an additional fee of $500 if you smoke within the home + the cost of any damages. If you smoke outdoors you must dispose of any debris safely, do not discard anything in the yard or patio.

No illegal substances or activities on the premises.

Pets must be approved in advance. We charge a pet fee for up to 2 pets at all of our pet friendly locations. If there is evidence of any undisclosed pets in the home (pet friendly or non-pet friendly), you will be charged for cleaning + any additional damages.

If the property is left in an unusually dirty condition that requires deep cleaning beyond our standard turnover, an additional fee will be charged to cover the extra housekeeping costs.

Early check in and late check out for up to 2 hours is available per calendar availability, at an additional cost. This must be requested through your boarding pass, and we will approve / decline after reviewing our cleaning schedule.

Do not tamper with smoke detectors, security devices, or Wi-Fi equipment.

If personal items are left behind a fee of $25 + shipping costs will be charged back to you.
