”Overall, we were very pleased with our rental experience. Our only complaint was that the listing says there is a washer and dryer, and we never located one. We inquired about it in the app and never received a response. While it was not a huge deal, just went and bought a new outfit, it would have been nice to know ahead of time that there was not one. We would stay here again when in town.”

”I stayed here for 2.5 weeks while my home was being renovated. The property is exactly as described and it was the perfect place for a short stay. There were plenty of supplies for guests (dishes, cookware, linens, toiletries, etc) and the property was super clean. Northside is a great little area and the property felt safe.I only took off one star for the check in process because there were some issues with the door code but they were quickly resolved. ”My son and I were in Cincinnati looking at a couple of colleges and sort of picked a few hotel rooms based on nothing more than price and location. For our Xavier visit we saw this room was priced right and it was a unique looking space that was more than just a room with a couple of beds in it so I booked it. Booking was easy and the owners of the property were very attentive. They sent instructions on how to check in and offered recs for food and whatever to help our stay be the best it could...

”Property was not cleaned after last stay. Dirty sheets and towels. Had to jump through hoops to get the host on the phone through Expedia and he just offered a refund saying he couldn’t do anything about it. Haven’t been able to get of the host since and have not gotten a refund. ”
