The property lies close to the 15th-century St Thomas a Becket Church, the oldest church in Bath, with the Grade I-listed Widcombe Manor along the street and the beautiful Prior Park Gardens just a mile to the south, famous for the stunning Palladian Bridge. The centre of Bath is less than a mile north, with a wealth of landmarks and attractions including Bath Abbey, the Roman Baths, the Pump Room, the Assembly Rooms and the Jane Austen Centre. Bath also has several lovely open spaces including the Royal Crescent, Royal Victoria Park and Sydney Gardens.


Entering this beautiful property, the ground floor features a light and inviting lounge with ample seating and a TV, just across the hallway from an elegant, tastefully arranged dining room which is perfect for special occasions. Both rooms have high ceilings, smart cornicing, feature fireplaces and shuttered windows. Heading downstairs, the lower ground floor has a utility room with plenty of equipment alongside a fully equipped oak kitchen with granite worktops and ample storage space. A few steps lead from the kitchen down into a wonderfully spacious open-plan lounge/diner with windows along the length of the main wall looking out onto the garden.
